Energy
Conserving energy is fundamental to our design philosophy. We aim to eliminate inefficiencies by minimizing the use of pneumatics and utilizing low-energy drives. However, reducing power consumption is only part of our strategy.
Hygiene
Hygiene is another crucial aspect of our sustainable approach. By eliminating trap points and enhancing runoff and internal access, our customers can significantly reduce their clean-in-place routines, saving not just time, but also reducing water usage and the need for cleaning agents.
Material
Our Breakthrough Generation (BTG) and Monobloc machines feature integrated cable management solutions that reduce cabling and eliminate the necessity for numerous clips and fastenings. Co-located control panels and our in-house developed robotic platform, which runs directly off the primary PLC without needing a separate controller, also decrease the requirement for extensive wiring.
Plant
Our new headquarters in Italy is equipped with multiple energy-saving features, including intelligent lighting systems, advanced HVAC, and glare & shading solutions, complemented by solar panels on the roof. We also promote e-mobility solutions that not only reduce pollution, but also provide charging stations for electric vehicles for both employees and visitors.
